I need an additional apartment key. Due to Corona, because I do not meet the 2 G requirement, my order could not be accepted. I did not lick the key. The employee immediately turned me away and she is not allowed to serve me. They do not want my money. On the same day at the regulatory office, no one asked me about 2 G and I did not need to show a Corona test. What kind of rules are these?

Today I bought 2 ABUS C83 Half 10/30 and an ABUS E50 N 28/34 KD for 85.10 euros. The receipt also stated "Custom-made! Returns and exchanges are excluded". Due to "custom-made", I assumed that the cylinders were all made for one key. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and completely normal cylinders were sold at three times the hardware store price and even four times the online price. Ouch. Conclusion: Return was unfriendly denied even without "custom-made". Attention tip to pass on: "If you want it cheaper, you have to buy it online or at the hardware store". Quote from the saleswoman.
